Terms

The rules

Plain language, written to be read. Legal review is still pending.

Using this site

Use it, quote it, argue with it. Don't attack it, scrape it into oblivion, or submit things designed to break it.

What you submit

When you send a confession you confirm it is yours to tell and does not expose someone else's confidential information. You give us permission to publish it, edited for length and clarity, with the attribution you chose. You keep ownership of your words and can ask us to remove them at any time.

We may decline to publish anything, for any reason, including that it isn't interesting.

Our material

Episodes, writing, artwork and the show name belong to Extraordinary. Quote us with attribution and a link. Don't republish whole episodes or pass the material off as yours.

No advice

This is a podcast, not consulting, legal, financial or medical advice. The Ordinary Test is a provocation, not an assessment instrument. Decisions you make about your company are yours.

Third parties

Scheduling, email and podcast platforms we link to have their own terms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

Liability and changes

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it. We may update these terms; the current version always lives here. Questions: aaronbare@aaronbare.com.
